Hi all. I'm going to delete this journal in a few hours. A certain nosy boyfriend of mine has discovered it and it's prompted me to want to delete it. There is just too much shit from my past in here that I don't want brought up.
I have started a new new lj (![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif?v=88.8) lozoodle) so I'll still be around, please add me! I thought about making all the entries in this LJ friends only but then I thought I might as well just delete the whole thing. I want a journal where I don't have to have private entries etc etc and I can have Niven read it without worrying about him stumbling across something stupid from my past that could be upsetting etc.
So yeah, I'll leave this here for a few hours and then delete... add me :)

Louise is shitting me right now. She calls herself my best friend yet I am convinced she forgot my birthday. Which is a bit funny seeing as only two weeks ago she went on about how she would never forget anyone's birthday etc. The reason I think she forgot is that the whole day went by with not even a text message or anything. Then at about 8pm I get a message just talking about herself as usual and a "what are you up to?" so I just replied "In the middle of dinner at mum's" and she was like "Oh cool why are you there?" and I just replied "because it's my birthday" and she responded with this over the top happy birthday etc etc. If she had of said "Oh shit sorry I forgot" then that is ok, but not pretending as if she was planning on saying it all along. It's petty and stupid but sooooo annoying.
I think it's just in general she's annoyed me lately. I need a bit of space because I feel like she smothers me. I get an email at my work address saying "Hows things?" and seeing as I'm busy I don't reply. Also, I try not to use my work email because my boss monitors it and doesn't like us using it for personal use very much. Every now and then is ok but not all day chit chat which is fair enough. So if I respond I get an "Are you there?" etc etc. So I reply with a quick "Yeah, but really busy and not allowed to use work email. Will call you tonight" and she gets shitty.
And the last thing that annoys me is she ALWAYS pranks my mobile phone so I will see a missed call from her and ring her back. And if I don't drop everything and call her immediatley, then she pranks it again. She never actually just rings me. Heaven forbid she actually pays for the phone call herself. Fuck, I'm not made of money. I have expenses she doesn't have. Why can't she pay for it? She lives at home rent free, has all of her food provided for her etc. Why can't she pay for it?
Gah, I'm just feeling frustrated.

I am so looking forward to tonight. My first night at home in ages. I have a few things around the house I want to get done such as cleaning the bathroom and doing a load of washing etc etc that I haven't had a chance to do all weekend so it will be a good opportunity. Then I intend to settle down in my PJs and watch Big Brother, the OC and All Saints, then have an early night and get a decent night sleep for a change! I might even let the cat sleep on my bed if she's lucky, lol.

Had dinner at mum's for my birthday last night. She made my favourite spinach bacon and pine nut tortellini so I was in pasta heaven. I took the leftovers home to have for dinner tonight ;)
I got some good pressies. Mum and Jeff gave me some new snow goggles (which I chose ha ha) and a necklace. So now I have the gloves and goggles I needed to buy thanks to Niven and Mum! I still can't believe Niven got me gloves, he's such a good present buyer. I don't even remember telling him I needed new ones, I must have just mentioned it in passing and he picked up on it. Nice work.
My sister gave me a pair of earrings and I got a handbag. I have dinner at Little Italy with Dad, Kerrie, Steve and Vicki on Thursday so that should be nice. I know I'm just getting Westfield vouchers off them which means I can go shopping this weekend, hurrah shopping! I desperately need a new skirt or some pants for work. And I want new bras. So fun times to be had. I love shopping.
Having lunch with Niven today, I think we are going to get laksa, mmm.
I am so in love with Big Brother. I'm such an addict. YAY. Jodie is having a freak out because she forgot that she'll miss the entire last month of it when she goes overseas in July. To be honest I'm kinda glad she's going away for a month. I get on fine with her but lately she is getting on my nerves a bit - some space will be nice.

So I had an annual leave day approved tomorrow. I was going to have a sleep in, do a bit of washing, catch up on a few TV shows I have taped and yet to watch, and more importantly spend a day with Niven. We haven't had a day just the two of us to spend time together in sooooo long. But his stupid work wont let him take tomorrow off. Poo. I'm so disappointed, I was looking forward to it. He's trying for Friday off so we can spend it together.

Niv is nice, he let me open my presents before work even though he said he was going to make me wait until tonight :)
He got me some tequila chocolates which look sooooo good. And he got me the cutest floppy teddy bear thing that is wearing a little dragons hat and scarf and holding a box that had some gorgeous earrings in it. They are silver, and dangly and have a pink gemstone in them. Will have to take a photo. And he got me new ski gloves.
I'm so spoiled :)

Grrr.
Niv and I went to Kerry's last night for dinner which was good. But Darren, Kerry's boyfriend, really gave me the shits.
He's really annoying in the sense that he he has his opinion and he thinks everything else is wrong. You aren't allowed to disagree and if you do he will argue with you until you just back down because it's easier.
First it was about the snow. Apparenlty Niv and I should stay in some dodgy back packers coz it's cheaper. I said that we want a kitchen, I don't want to be eating take out for four weeks, I don't care if it is cheap, I will feel unhealthy if I did that. I like being able to cook my own meals etc. But of course we were ridiculous for thinking that. But I still refuse to stay in some shit heap. If it's going to be my home for a month than I want something decent.
Then he went on about how crap at snowboarding and how bad a skiier I am. Fuck that, he's seen me ski once, when I first started. I have improved heaps, and really, who cares? I'm doing it for fun, at least I am having a go.
I didn't appreciate being put down in front of Niven.
Niven's words were "He's a very big kid for a 30 year old!"

Yay it's Friday. My favourite day of the week!
I went out last night. Went to Taren Point pub with Niven, Towey, Paul, Jeffrey, Steve, Trent and Clair. Just had a couple of drinks and played a few games of pool, was a nice night. We left just after ten though, Niven is still pretty sick and we were both tired.
Had my birthday cake at work today even though it's not my birthday until Monday. We just have the cake with our Friday morning tea. Caramel mud cake. It was good. Mmmm cake. Niven just came up for lunch. He says it's because he wanted to spend time with me, but I have a sneaking suspicion that he wanted cake, LOL!
Tonight should be fun, we are going to Kerry's place to have a mexican night! Kerry and I are making three different dips, then we'll have tacos for dinner and churros for desert. Mmmm mexican food. And of course no Mexican would be complete without margaritas! Yummy.
Tomorrow I plan on cleaning the house and doing a bit of shopping. Niven pointed out that Theo's Liquor (which happens to be my local bottle shop!) has Yellow (my favourite champagne :)) on sale for $7.99. Bring it on, I'm going to stock up for tomrrow night.
I am having friends over for a bbq/drinks tomorrow night for my birthday. I am looking forward to it, should be a good night.
Apart from that no weekend plans, just going to mum's on Sunday for mother's day and that's about it.

Hooray for Friday! I feel a bit better than I did this morning, eating seems to have made me feel more alert and less ill!
Busy weekend ahead. Tonight I may or may not be having drinks after work with streetstupid and fireflyreaction, depending on if you guys are still up for it? let me know.
My modem from unwired.com.au is being delivered to me today, so tonight when I get home I will be setting up my internet at home again. I have missed my internet at home so it's a bit exciting!
Tomorrow during the day I have a waxing appointment and an appointment to get my hair cut. I'm sick of it being long. I'm cutting it off! No shorter than shoulder length though, I hate not being able to tie it up. But I will get some layers throughout I think. I love getting my hair done.
Tomorrow night is Dani's 21st at St George Leagues club which should be a really fun night. We all have to wear cocktail attire so it will be fun getting all dressed up.
Sunday I am going to Rockdale to pay off the last $750 on my snowboard and take it home, I'm excited about that! Then of course is dinner with Niven's family on Sunday night. I'm so scared about that but I'm sure it will be just fine.
